Notice for Self-driving tour in China:
1. What kind of vehicle and how many will you drive to China, number of participants and their nationality.
2. Travel route, duration, entry and exit pots, travel purpose.
After we receive said information, we will work out a detailed itinerary that will satisfy your needs and be accepted by you. After this, we will ask you to provide following documents:
1. Color pictures of each vehicle, certificate of the registration, certificate of the safe check, their models, copy of vehicle identification including chassis number of the vehicle, serial number of the engine, number of seats, year of made, type of fuel, original number of license plate, country of region it belongs to, color of the body and the present value of each vehicle for Chinese insurance and the owner of the vehicle.
2. Information of drivers/owner who will drive in China: passport copies, head photo with white background, occupation, copy of the international driving license and native driving licenses.
3. Confirmed route, itinerary, entry and exit pots, service items requiring us to enter into the contract.
4. name list of the group include full detailed information include: pp number, nationality, sex, occupation, full name, date of birth etc.
Based on the said information plus the first payment agreed by you, we start to apply and obtain following permits. This process may request 2-3 months, all necessary permits as follow:
1. To apply written replies released by related departments of Chinese Government such as customs, army, tourism bureau, public security bureau etc to allow vehicles can enter into China and travel inside China following the route agreed by army.
2. To obtain temporary travel licenses, license plates and pay various fees and purchase insurance for vehicles.
3. To obtain temporary driving licenses for drivers
4. To finish all customs formalities for vehicles to pass through the entry ports and exit after the trip.
